2. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed on icedesigngallery.com. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

3. Products and prices

Products are described as accurately as possible. Natural materials such as wood, rattan, stone and ceramics may show small variations in colour, grain and texture, which are not defects. Prices are shown in euro and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.

4. Orders and contract

The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email. We may cancel an order if a product is no longer available or in case of an obvious pricing error; any amount paid is refunded in full.

5. Payment

Payment is made online with the methods shown at checkout. The order is processed once payment has been confirmed.

6. Delivery

We deliver to the countries available at checkout. Delivery times depend on the product and the destination and are communicated in the order confirmation. Please check the goods on delivery and note any visible damage on the courier’s delivery document.

7. Right of withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, as described in our Refund policy. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to order or personalised according to the customer’s specifications.

8. Legal guarantee of conformity

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for consumers provided by Romanian and EU law. If a product is defective or does not match its description, contact us and we will arrange repair, replacement or refund according to the law.

9. Complaints and disputes

Complaints can be sent to office@icedesignconcept.com. Consumers may also contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC, anpc.ro) and its alternative dispute resolution service.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Romanian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where the consumer resides.
