Where we deliver

We ship from Romania to the countries listed at checkout.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the products and the destination and are always shown at checkout, before payment.

Delivery times

Many pieces are shipped from our suppliers’ warehouses. The estimated delivery time is communicated in the order confirmation; for large furniture and made-to-order items it can be longer. We keep you updated by email and send the tracking details once the order has shipped.

Receiving your order

Please check the packages when they are delivered. If you notice visible damage, write it on the courier’s delivery document and contact us within 48 hours at office@icedesignconcept.com with photos.
